The story of Uddalaka and Shvetaketu is detailed in महाभारतम् ॥ [[Mahabharata (महाभारत)|Mahabharata]] in different पर्व-s || Parvas such as सभापर्वः || Sabha Parva, शल्यपर्वः || Shalya Parva, and शान्तिपर्वः || Shanti Parva.
