Nirnaya Sindhu (Samskrit: निर्णयसिन्धुः) is a dharmashastra book written by Mm. Kamalakara Bhatt. It is a compilation of the vidhis (injunctions) and niyamas (rules) to be followed at different times of the year, during vratas (observances), soucha (purificatory rites), snana (bathing rituals) among many others.

Written by Mm. Shri. Kamalakara Bhatt (श्रीकमलाकरभट्टप्रणीतः॥) this book is composed in samskrit and is a standard text used across Bharatavarsha as a manual of vidhis and niyamas. The book consists of three parichedas (chapters) where the third chapter is divided again into purvabhaga and uttarabhaga.
