Vedadhyayana (वेदाध्ययनम् | Vedic studies) is given utmost importance as a dharma in the life of an individual. It is a duty that one is expected to accomplish most diligently on a daily basis. As compared to Vedhayayana, all other responsibilities are considered secondary (Manu.
