Style of presentation

This page can be made more crisp and organised. As it is, it won't attract many for full length article reading. Referencing is not done properly. Especially in the first paragraph, where entire sentences have been lifted directly from "Legal and Constitutional History of India" by M. Rama Jois. Merely providing the author's name is not sufficient.

Typos

All the Devanagari text in the first paragraph is not being rendered properly. Please use Shobhika font for this purpose.
