Gurukula (Samskrit : गुरुकुलम्) was the seat of learning, an important educational place of great importance since the ancient ages, has now lost its glory owing to the present day educational system. Once can see numerous instances of principles and postulates of the educational practice from the ancient works.

Gurukula (Samskrit : गुरुकुलम्) was the seat of learning for students taught by a Guru, an important educational place of great importance since the ancient ages, has now lost its glory owing to the present day educational system.
