Dharmawiki (Samskrit : धर्मविकि) is a unified knowledge resource platform to present traditional viewpoints of Sanatana Dharma. It lays the foundation in creating a universal forum and spearheading a campaign for bringing to light the numerous perspectives expounded in the Sanatana Dharmika treatises starting from the traditions set forth in the Vedas.

While Sanatana Dharma Rshi Parampara promulgated शान्तिः ॥ Shanti or peace for the वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम् ॥ vasudaiva kutumbakam, at present our global society is व्याधिग्रस्थ वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम् ॥ vyadhigrastha vasudaiva kutumbakam, meaning a 'diseased global family'. The society is stricken with countless evils (both in thought and deed) which translate into the diseases of the Humanity primarily due to loss of Purushartha Drsthi. Individually the diseased state stems from the Mind or Manas, which can be corrected by re-sensitizing the peoples of the world to the dharmika paths given by our seers to live a peaceful life leading ultimately to Moksha. Dedicated to the future generations, Dharmawiki invites one and all to come together for building narratives based on Sanatana Dharma from the perspective of dharma.  Bring back sashastriya samalochana paddati (shashtra based thinking process) to replace the rational instead of the existing polarized thinking. Our tradition is our adhikara and it is our duty to build our narratives ourselves. We are content creators no longer content consumers.

·     Highlight Unity of Goal with the clear understanding that any Path taken leads us to the same goal.

·     Dharmawiki collects various viewpoints of traditional scholars after personal interaction with them.

·     Purushartha Drishti : Focus on the Dharmika dristhikona, the first of the four purusharthas (dharma, artha, kama moksha) which are the very foundation of human existence. (Varnashrama Dharmas)

·     Bonafide resource platform for profound insights of ancient seers as seen from the original samskrit quotes given.

·    Crisp yet comprehensive articles are free from interpretations, psychoanalysis, extrapolations, preachings, and personal impressions.

·    Rigorous articles steadily refined over time containing references from original texts with sources cited.

·    Strive to dispel myths created by western indoctrination, presenting the concepts to youth with logic and reasoning in the discussion section.

·    Introduce esoteric concepts (Pranavidya) to widen the knowledge base.

·

·         Vision includes revitalization of the present day communities of the world to orient them back into the dharmika jivana vidhana.

·

Styled in the lines of Wikipedia, Dharmawiki is a dynamic platform, a repository for Dharmik concepts and guidelines, racing ahead to formulate an action plan for a holistic lifestyle.

Dharmawiki rejuvenates this commitment to dharma that has been the guiding force of the Manas and Karma (thoughts and action) of all those who believe in Sanatana Dharma.

Dharmawiki's Objectives include creating a common ground, to sensitize the reader taking him/her close to the original sources such as Vedas, the Vaidika Vangmaya (including the Shad Vedangas, Darshanas, Puranas, Itihasas etc). thereby leading to the creation of dharmika communities harmoniously leading lives according to Dharmika Jivana Vidhana.

Dharmawiki has several distinct features that sets it apart from the hundreds of articles, blogs and forums found these days on the internet. ne can access the ever-growing list of objectives here. Like-minded scholars, research students, the learned, the readers, the curious... we invite one and all to contribute to the narratives on this portal.
