Especially in the first paragraph, where entire sentences have been lifted directly from "Legal and Constitutional History of India" by M. Rama Jois. Merely providing the author's name is not sufficient.

All the Devanagari text in the first paragraph is not being rendered properly. Please use Shobhika font for this purpose.
