And वेदाः ॥ [[Vedas (वेदाः)|Vedas]] and उपनिषदः ॥ [[Upanishads (उपनिषदः)|Upanishads]] are the one and only source for this Jnana.  Though Upanishads explain this knowledge, it lies ultimately with the individual to attain this knowledge by साधना ॥ sadhana.
